The question was whether advocating that a law be changed should be legal or not. Bringing NAMBLA into it has no effect in a legal sense. It is legal to want a law created or changed; it is only illegal to break it (I know, hard to believe). As usual with these videos, the question is simple but misguided by involving controversial issues--and spoken with terrible cotton mouth (drink some water, dude). I'm glad you're free to say what you want, even if you question others' rights to do the same.

Heh; they can advocate all they want to have the law changed, but it won't happen. Minors have to be protected in this country. The Daily Show recognizes that they are asking for an 'impossible' situation and lampoon it.
Yes people should be able to speak their minds, but that doesn't mean we have to take their ideas seriously. Like most of the ideas posted here. |
