hola. Muchas gracias por responder, en realidad me sirve de mucho tu información. Sin embargo me has dejado algunas dudas, dices que todo depende del uso que de le dé? es decir de los programas o de la cantidad de cosas que esté haciendo a la vez? Es excelente que necesite tan poco en Ram, es decir que no importa cuánto se tenga en la memoria? y es muy complicado instalarlo en un computador portátil? Uff, disculpa la preguntadera. I'm suprised your able to process all that with only 512mb ram. You're graphics card and processor could have also been a tad better. But anyway, very cool setup I'm going to try it now 8)

how did you get the gif/moving wallpaper? im using gnome, i noticed you were using kde. is this possible through compiz fusion, or is it a kde thing?

u dont understand that Beryl and Aero are completely differnt things. Aero wasnt meant to be like Beryl. O and BTW, how u install Beryl for Ubuntu u can install a cube generator for Windows so please learn ur shit first. and ppl who say vista sux obv were the fags who had a shitty XP comp and said LETS TRY VEESTA... when i have vista and i LOVE it cuz i MADE SURE my custom comp could run it beatifully... come see meh

I use ubuntu, check out the vid of my desktop lol, just saying Macs run @ a higher efficiency then windows, not just the OS but the apple computers themselves.

If you are referring to OSX then i dont know what you mean by running more effciently. OSX is LINUX! Give Ubuntu a try! Compiz makes vista areo look like childs play. OSX is a GR8 OS but lets not forget what it is beneath all those apple logos.

de hecho ubunto linux utiliza open office que es por la mayor parte compatible con office...ubunto puede correr con menos de 256 en ram todo depende de el uso que le des...byrel es un tema de escritorio que cambia la forma en que se ve el sistema para usar beryl nescesitas por lo menos 512 en ram... el cambio de windows a linux es facil pero te recomiendo que utilizes el live cd para que lo pruebes primero sin nescesidad de instalarlo... espero esto te sirva de algo... |
