"Mrs. Givens I killed Garth, because he wouldn't share" "That Stanley is life."

I personaly kept expecting the mad world song to start playing. I would have suited the song perfectly. I think a movie that has the same message, but a little more hidden is the move "Donnie Darko" And yes, this song plays Mad World at the end. This and that are both amazingly powerful movies. Although one must be VERY comprehensive to obtain anything from Donnie Darko.

Agreed, life always was, is and always will be: Survival of the Fittest. Every creature competes for life, the lion eats the lamb to survive, but the lamb cannot kill the lion. Now, if you are of the christian faith, then you know that in the garden of eden no blood was shed. The lion and the lamb would snuggle together for warmth as the lion picked berries off of the bush to eat.

Dude, I'm sorry but I can't agree with you. I myself do not support the repuplican mind-set but I know that if not Bush, then someone else. Who else? I don't know, but someone. I don't know if by "stomping his ass" you mean killing or beating up but! I assume that it would make little difference. The world is going to go where it is going to go regardless of who takes us there. We are to small to make that kind of difference. And if you are christian, then you know that we have no real control.

The whole idea of the film is that the pamphlet doesn't hold the answer. Only the main character saw the world as it is. His learning started when his friend skipped class. Wether he knows it or not. This is incredibly deep, yet so obvious. We proclaim what life is every day. Try and think of a day when you havn't said "Life isn't fair!" Well, that's what life is and isn't. It is unfair, and it isn't fair.

Amazing. So beautiful, and the message was so gracefully and plainly portrayed. I loved the last line: "That Stanley, is life." So lovely!
