I saw something similar one night, but it looked much smaller and I could see a dark circle inside the green flame

Hey we saw that too. Wasnt it fantastic we were in Pefkos and saw it from there... we saw the ball and tail of it the blue sky and then about 2 minutes later a bang

I've seen a meteor once in 2005 while i was in east Africa. It was smaller than that but it had the same effect ,blue light and turned the whole sky into daylight,but what amazed me was the sound it gave
