hmm i think dove is a hypocritical company. after all, they test on animals, so i'm automatically against them. they should find another way to bring people up. why not start with the fact that beauty is not the main thing required to be happy and successful in life?

randomlilkitty (September 6, 2008 at 10:45 pm)
but shes so naturally pretty
no wonder i always feel so ugly when i
look at adverts xD

amen to that.
photoshop is a cool thing, but not when you use it to make urself look like something ur not. that girl was caked with makeup and yet they still photoshopped her. she looked nothing like herself in the final product. that's not what beauty is.

Dove wants girls to feel and look more beautiful, but have you noticed that they always use beautiful women in their ads to start with. Why not use someone who is unattractive to start with and make them beautiful. It's all kind of hypocritical. |
