Ok, I'm desperate.
This is one of the longest lasting "NL" threads at YouTube, so let me ask again (as I did a year ago in this same thread): Does ANYONE have a recording of Nicolette singing the Tanya Tucker tune "My Arms Stay Open all Night?"
She gave to to us one night during a live concert. Just Nicolette and her guitar, as the opening act for the Ozark Mountain Daredevils (1979?)
At this point I'm willing to settle for ANY version of this song (as done by NL) I can get.
Anyone?

Bremerton is beautiful, I moved from there in 1980 to Branson,MO. I love it here too. I've been back to Seattle several times since but it's not quite the same.

Wow I didn't know Neil Young wrote this. That answers it---I always thought this song was wonderful. RIP dear Nicolette. Love you always. Lance in beautiful Bremerton, Washington

My favorite love song from the 70's, beatifully written, very well arranged, and the deep touching feeling singing rythm voice from Nicolette, what an era!

Classic throw-away Neil Young song. Thank God ole Neil said to Nicolette, "you can have it." She made a gold record out of it !! Is that Paul Barrere on guitar in this video ?? Anybody know ??

One of the best vocalist ever. There have been a few like Nicholette all they way from 70s till today. With that velveti voice she is performing for gods of eden, I am sure. A candel in the wind Nicholette, you were extinguished too soon. F*cking gods of eden. |
