If it can capture HD, does it also mean it can capture HD footage from PS3's and Xbox 360's as well?

I have the USB Version. Yes, you can connect camcorders, game systems, DVD players, etc to the unit. It includes an S-Video cable and the standard yellow A/V cables. The only catch is you will have to convert audio to a mini 1/8th plug, like a standard headphone plug. If you're using A/V cables, you can get a cable to do that for around 8 dollars.
