The best part is that there's something behind the curtain. A lot of performers manage the cute routine but lose their souls and their minds somewhere along the way. Pam Grier always has kept hers and never forgotten where she came from.

pam grier has been giving goosebumps since I was in kindergarten back in 70. It's hard to believe that she's 59 now, because even in elementary school we kids all knew she was a fine woman. And unlike a lot of wines, she's gotten even better with age. I heard her once in Los Angeles at a charity benefit after she'd left the podium and believe me, there's a very intelligent woman with heart behind the attractive facade. Unlike way too many others that have looks but no personality or character.
