It's true T-mobile is not that perfect. Sometimes I call N I say, "spanish" and it keeps talking in English. Or it continues in spanish, but someone picks it up speaking English. I live in NYC, I try calling my wife,.. but many times it says the service is busy. Or I am talking, N the call drops. Many of those t-mobile people don't know what they R doing. For texting you also have to pay for taxes. example in text: $12.60 and then I have to pay $4.61 for taxes too. Too much. I dislike the razr's

ive had tmobile for 4 years and never had a problem. ive had both of those razrs and the razr2 amd nothing ever went wrong...

If your made at the Razr that EVERY carrier sells, here is a thought...CALL MOTOROLA! The reps are very nice and courteous but they are grown ass people how to do expect to yell and scream at them and get help. I don't know about you but I would say the person yelling, screaming, and making threats to a PHONE is crazier than someone trying to be nice. Lastly when yelling and scream at those nice people keep in mind they have YOUR SSN AND YOUR ADDRESS.

T-mobile Rocks! Your a dumb ass. What company doesn't have an automated system you have to go thru b4 speaking to a rep? You have been with t-mobile for 4 years with all these problems yet you stayed with them. Who is dumb for that? Your voicemail stopped working and you had to set up a new box? WTF?! And how the fuck did you do that?! Voicemail is through t-mobile system so tell me fuck head how did you set that up?! T-mobile doesn't make the phones sold.

Dude I don't know where u live, but Tmobile rocks in Chicago, I get excellent reception.
