God why won't people understand the difference between thinkpad and MACS!!! Thay are completely different.
One is for u r average bussiness man that travels a lot and likes to look professional and want a laptop that can take a beating.
while the other one is for those rich kids who prefer style over function. And want to keep up with the trend.
I mean come on how many mac book airs will u see an accounting firm have? zero!!!

Sorry, dude, but you've just described the MacBook Pro sepcs-wise

Am I the only one that thinks Lenovos are ugly?, look like an old laptop, Apple's MacBook is already very portable. MacBook Air is made for the Wireless World, and for people that travel a lot, that's why is "missing some parts" . You don't buy a laptop that fits in an envelope to keep it in your desk at home.
Lenovo is OK, it's very portable and whatever, but it has Windows on it, and that sucks.

Don't forget the OPTION of being able to upgrade RAM, or replace the battery.
Take that, Apple :P

that rules over the MacBook Air. Lets face it people, a dvd burner with a solid state hard drive, 3 usb ports, this rocks!

i like x300 however my ideal laptop would be 15.4 inch,
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor P8600 (2.4 GHz)
4GB DDR2 System Memory
512MB NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT
802.11b/g WLAN and Bluetooth
160GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive + optical drive
and not thicker than think pad x300.
Can Lenovo do that???? hope they can, and let it be a think pad spill resistant + a track point, and let it be a tablet with wacom touch screen!!!!!!
that is my ideal computer
and is not here yet...:( |
