It needed to be said...
Its true, we focus on individuals who don't really play a role in any humane cause or liberation of people. He didn't make a great act towards civil rights, he didn't save anyone. He went crazy and took too many opiates. He was great in batman and he made that movie and Im sad he won't be back for the next one but whatever. Why do the troops deserve any less than a media god?

No one said they should give respect to Heath. Just enough already. He doesn't need to be the primary focus for the country. Once it was announced those truly concerned with giving their respect will do so. After it's been announced it's just about airing a dead mans dirty laundry and is now disrespectful. Time for us to move on to things that should be covered with more national attention. Fox news is huge for distracting the country from where the focus needs to be. At least Montel has guts.

Shit happens Montell-but he should have respected Heath even if you didn't know him.
And he should talk to Bush about that don't go on fox news for it.I thought he really shouldn't disrespected Heath sorry Montell if you have a problem with all the media coverage.

My mother was telling me how during Vietnam the news covered every aspect of the war in this war we saw night vision footage of buildings being bombed then coffins one time and then nothing. Fox news is horrible and by far the worst of the news networks but they all share the blame people need to know of the real sacrifices our troops are going through so we dont think of them as just numbers and take those sacrifices for granted. |
