she still has some pigmentation.thats why her hair is blonde and her eyes are blue.white albinos have white hair and red eyes.there are different levels of this mutation.This is how the white race was created,only the facial features and hair type are different,white skin is a trait which better suites one for a cold climate.Thats how we evolve to adapt to different enviornments.:)
