No, that was in the beginning of season 8. Drake dies in season 7. She breaks up with her husband Dex when he finds out that she isn't who he thinks she is. It's in the episode Rewitched.

when Drake met phoebe he was trying 2 get a job as a teacher at magic school. At the end of the episode the seven year witch it turned out that cole had sent him so that phoebe wouldn't give up on love. Then in season 8 phoebe thinks that coop was sent down 2 help her find love but actually the elders sent coop down hoping she would fall in love with him.

i don't get it.. they stopped fighting demons but from the looks of it the demons still existed.. did the demons just stop going after the 3 charmed ones and concentrated on other witches?

When she meet Drake She wasnt Pheobe Remember? she was jo or something and she told him but much later on ( thats y they broke up ) and coop was there when she was dating drake for most of the time :P
