The thing I find really ironic is that while I dislike seeing rebel flags, my high school is apparently a big fan of the idea. There is a giant one painted on the first wall you see as you walk in. I live way up north too so its really odd. The school is called South, and our mascot is a rebel soldier. What I find really ironic is that while those students weren't allowed to graduate, on our graduation programs there was a big rebel flag design. How does that makes sense?

To me the rebel flag is sickening and I think anyone who wears it/shows it is a waste. I'm sorry if anyone get's offended but people who say you should be aloud to wear it or oh it means nothing, well sorry if I offend but that's a bunch of bullshit however I do think the kids should of been aloud to graduate

I don't think it was right to keep them from graduating. Just because they're ignorant (I'm assuming they're racist too) doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to graduate. The thing that surprises me is that they'd be smart enough to graduate.

no reason theyshouldn't be allowed to wear rebel flag what if black students wore black panther shirts, same thing, HUGE double standard there. except the confederacy stood for a lot more than just slavery, if you knowanything about jeffersonian/madissonian politics, second how could you vote for a guy like obama when he plans on taking more of our money and giving it to lazy people, one of the reasons are economy is alredy failing, look at ninja lones thats No Income No JOB why give em more?!?!
