do not click on it!!! if it says CLICK HERE TO FIND A GOOD ANTIVIRUS or something like that never click on it. just download a anti virus and scan ur computer. it should detect a virus

Really the best defence against nasty stuff is common sense. For example, if you see GTA:SA up for download and is less than 4 gigs then, it's most likely full of crap.
