no they didn't OS X has always had transparency since Mac OS X 10.0 in 2001, they just made it much more visible in leopard

agreed no point to aero, nor vista in general. Leopard puts everything together better. Vista sucks..... it's on my laptop.. which I'm not going to keep much longer because I'm getting a Mac book. My laptop has upgraded RAM, Video cards, processors, the works, but all the useless vista stuff runs it into the ground. Leopard is better hands down.

That is called an opinion. The people who say that are being biased. What did Leopard copy from Vista? Transparency. But so what? Nobody cares. There isn't that much point to Aero, the menu bar's transparency and the reflective dock anyway. It's just eye candy.

I'm gonna put Leopard on my iBook G4 1.42 GHz notebook...I just hope it looks okay using the older screen (instead of the newer glossy screens of the MacBook, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.

i always have a bad time when im on a mac, its just.. hard to use... idk looks nice though
