... however, being a law student who has been taught to believe in justice and equity, I did consider that I may be wrong in my opinion of you and thus I open this channel for others who support your views to vote not to block you. As I said, it depends on the majority. And if you are true in your ways, people would have voted for you to stay and you shall stay. If otherwise, then I'm sorry to say that you have to bid goodbye.

... and another thing I notice about you is that you fear of rejection. If I was a dictator, I would have automatically block you instead of asking other people's opinion about you. I'm sorry, but I am doing this because you have caused uneasiness among other fellow humans and I think not just the Quran, but even in the Bible that it says thou shalt treat others with kindness. And your words here do not reflect kindness but sarcasm to others who suffer.

LoveTruthVeryMuch,
From what I have analysed about you, you have of a problem in reading other people's thoughts and understanding human behaviour but you wish to believe that you could actually do so instead. This led you to think that you could make the world a better place by telling others what they should have think or done. You even read my post wrongly. I didn't say I was going to block you, I merely opened up for others whether they decide to block you. The decision is theirs, not mine.

amelhanan, true democracy means you allow people and myself to express our thoughts. If you block me, then you are not being democratic, you are being a dictator, only allowing certain thoughts to be expressed, thoughts and ideas that are only congruent with your own. That's a dictator and contrary to a democratic way of life.

stugats77, yes that's right. Charmaine was a perfectionist and whenever she read the news for example and it wasn't perfect, she would become very unhappy and even have suicidal thinking. Nothing was good enough, it had to be perfect. So yes, in other words, she coveted. That's what all depressed and suicidal people think about, for things to be different and better.. it's called coveting. That's why God warned against coveting, because it's dangerous and destructive.

Okay... I'm gonna go for democracy now. Should I block LoveTruthVeryMuch from this channel? Say YES or NO. Majority wins.

so people that committ suicide like that lady from channel 10 was ungreatfull fo what she had is that what caused her to take her life?
LoveTruthVeryMuch (October 9, 2008 at 11:00 pm)
Ever since society labeled coveting as "depression and an illness", more and more people have become depressed, because now they have a justification and excuse to covet, blaming an external force that they cannot control. 12 million anti-depressant prescriptions were written last year in Australia, and that is shocking because we have 21 million people here. Stop coveting and be grateful for what you have, and then your depressive thoughts will disappear.

I know life can get us all down at times. And I think people who suffer from depression may have a greater awareness of all that is not fair or right in the world. I suffer too. But one thing that may help is your diet and of course I use Xango, when I can afford it. Its a juice that will help you look it up. Xango. I wish you well.. and if I could hug you I would. =) |
