It seems to me his teeth were probably filed to cause seemed to me he did no damage to the snake at all! He looks a bit thin too like he was starved so he would go after this snake for sure!

Obviously the tiger has been declaws. If the tiger was hungry couple bites and punctured claws to the snake body if would not survive the tiger. Big cats kill big snakes.
