Most cards nowadays come with an adapter so you can plug any old 12v power cord from your psu into the card

Is installing a double slot card any different to installing a single slot card? Because I'm thinking about getting an 8800 GTX or Ultra and wondering if there's any difference

You should not say grounding out. Your only equalizing your self with the case since you do not have to power supplys ground plugged into the wall jacks ground.

I've been looking everywhere for some newbie proof guide to installing a video card that needed external power source and was pleasantly suprised that NCIX gives video advice on top of being a great resource! |
