How about getting judged for it by all your friends and feeling even more isolated, but you can't cut yourself anymore to release your emotional anguish, because people won't understand. Irrespective of everything else, it's a corner you are painting yourself into. And of course, people will judge you for it, because they are "normal" and don't have feelings. Feel bad for them, and move on with your life.

I used to cut myself as well... It was just sleep loss and dissassociation. This was over a decade ago. Do I still have the scars? Maybe, if I point them out. Was it worth it? NO. If you can, don't. For one thing, it hurts those around you. For another, when everyone else is gone, you'll have only yourself. Do you want to look at jagged lines where your pretty skin used to be? Hmmm?
