Nice set up! I'm thinking about buying a Xserve and installing it in my bedroom. Does that inclosure your using for your Xserve and Raid reduce the sound very much coming from the system you have inside? I've seen other videos of the Xserve and it was loud. What company did you get the inclosure from?

yeah we did.... Works pretty good so far... occasionally we boot up and it doesn't auto mount.

10terabytes total: It Breaks down like this: 1.3Tb allowed for the metadata, and 6.14Tb available for Raid 5 storage.
