The arguments being put forward by these Windows user is amusing and futile!
Windows does not run Mac only games.
Windows does not run Mac only applications.
Windows does not run Linux only games.
Windows does not run Linux only applications.
Thanks to VMWare, almost ALL software for ALL operating systems can run on the same machine. I wonder how many Windows laptop owners have ever played a game on their computer that uses an accelerometer!

The problem with that car analogy is that underneath a Nissan and a Ferrari, are two different animals.
When you open up a modern day Mac, you see the near identical components of a PC. (In fact, the RAM modules, etc are often made by the same companies).
The only difference here is the OS and chassis. (Apple benefits from the fact that they can control the variety of hardware they want to support. Makes things easier to keep stable.)

Congrats you are in the minority BTW I also run Linux. ;)

honestly, do you really believe that? mac fanatics all talk about how glitchy and virus-prone PCs are, and I honestly can't remember the last time I've had a virus on my computer. I run Vista on my laptop and XP on my desktop, and they both run great. I don't even have a virus protection program on them, aside from the ones that come with windows.
side note: how many games run on macs? a handful. how many games run on windows? ALL OF THEM.

Yes but probably not for to long as at first your PC will be cool , then as you download more and more of your bloat it will start to behave erratically. Trojans, virus's and ad ware will cripple you're l'cheapo system , you'll have to end up selling 2 off your monitors to to pay for your 4 or 5 antispyware/adware/rootkit etc programs.
That will slow you're system down further
and them you wake up one day have only 1 monitor a slow sucky os a cold coffee WTF!

LOL! You are an idiot. This is virtualising Windows in OS X- it means you can do MORE on the Mac....i.e. run OS X AND Windows.....good post though .....haha. |
