well i don't know about getting pistols in usa. maybe it's not easy to get them but somebody can buy shotgun and make it shorter and put it in some bag so nobody can see it easily. so actually that's some kind of pistol then..

theres over 5 million people in finland and in the past 20 years only what 2 or 3 of them have shot up there schools. Keep in mind that the perpitrator here used a very week .22caliber handgun that was never intended for killing, it was for plinking or target shooting. I don't see why a community should be collectively punished for the actions of a few individuals. it's not that easy to get a weapon in the US, Im 19 and I can only buy rifles and shotguns.

well.. there is much guns in finland actually because there is more hunters than in every other place. and hunters usually has 2 guns. some sniper and pistol. and with sniper they shoot the animal so it falls and with pistol they kill it. but it's too easy to get weapon in usa, finland, and well many other places. why some random guy even needs weapon..?

only peoples who need pistols are police and soldiers. and hunters need snipers to catch animals. but why some crazy only 18-20 years old guys can have some fucking pistol. it's so sure thing that if somebody have pistol he is going to kill somebody because peoples don't hunt animals with pistols

Even if there is no black market in Finland, our eastern-neighbour do have. Soviet-union had uncountable amount of every kind of weapons. When soviet collapsed, those weapons started to flow to illegalweapon-dealers all over to world. Rifles, pistols, even RGB:s. You get the point?

i can hear what youre saying. but judging from the past history - your point has not come to pass yet, while mine has. How many recorded events of martial artists killing someone in finland have you - compared to recorded events of guns killing someone - be it by accident during hunting, or a snapped idiot somehwere in a school.
right - you will not find a single record for a martial artist killing people.
Hence your comparision is of utter irrlevance.

You missed the points. First, guys who have been hunting and/or shooting for sports are mostly resbonsible gun handlers, since they have been taught it before they have even touched the gun. Nobody wants a mentaly sick guy/junkie etc stand next to you on a range.
Second, What I mean IS, if a guy trains martial arts and snaps for some reason, then starts killing people. - All martial artists gets blamed and labeled as homocidal lunatics. Get the point?

i also said "i trained a half lifetime my MA - a monkey w/o any training can go into shop and start killing people. that is barely a valid comparision arang. it really isnt." how do you invalidate that? in all my life i have not seen a serious martial artists killing someone for "show off" that is the domain of people who obtain guns w/o beeing mentally prepared for it. In MA - if you student kills someone, you can close shop - a ban would not be necessary anymore - and it woudl happen tho!
