I contacted an associate at Kodak in Rochester and he put me intouch with a guy who let me know that Kodak only had rights to this awesom piece for a set period of time. As an amature archivist this piece gets me every time. Absolutely incredible marketing.

The lil boy in the red striped shirt is my nephew. I used to watch this thing over and over when it was on the kodak site.
I'm so glad someone put this on youtube.

Oh wow! This was really cool! I loved the ending!!
I wish we could see this edited and put on tv as a commercial. It's great! It shouldn't be hidden on You Tube. (the only place I could find it)

Okay... every time I watch this I get chills and tears in my eyes... why isn't this commercial show all the time on TV? I have an annual membership to Kodak Gallery... this commercial would bring them in by the droves...

I called Kodak and asked for a DVD, but they told me that they could not do that. The first time I saw a short version was in a movie theater and I thought it was so cool that I checked on Kodak's website. It was there for about a year then it was removed. I'm glad it found a place on YouTube. It is actually more entertaining than some full-length movies. |
