Yup they censored that alright ahaha Yeah I can see why they started cracking down on it since episode 20.... Oh well still a good series. And thanks for the help...help me understand it a bit thanks again :)

The network cencorship problems are down to the deeply violent nature of the series as well as the deep depression of some characters and Eva-01's violent rampages and by episode 18 they had become enough of a sensation to be criticized as being unsuitable on an anime show that is viewed by children", and episode 20 would be similarly criticized for the offscreen depiction of Misato and Ryoji Kaji having sex hope this helps

Yeah he had budget problems so he was in quite a rush when he made the last episodes. Network Cencorship???Oh yeah didn't they put a law or something about that?? Yeah I know all about that and I just got Neon Genesis Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone a couple of weeks ago. It is in japanese with english subtitles... :/ The length was good no prob about that...I have heard everything what you told me EXCEPT network cencorship...that has really confused me. :????

After the series ended, Director Hideaki Anno was not completely satisfied due to issues of time, financial troubles, and network censorship.Thus, when the series was released on VHS and Laserdisc in 1998 thay made a double-feature Death and Rebirth.and "The End of Evangelion".and thay have made four new movies the first of the new movies is under the name Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone.and came out in 2007 sory about the lenth of this bye the way
