John Hughes was a genius because he knew how to be honest without exploiting his characters, all of whom he took seriously. The nude shower scene is a prime example. Judd Apatow is the next John Hughes. I don't mind raunch in a movie, just make sure it works in developing real characters. Apatow saved adult comedies. AMERICAN PIE was a waste. SUPERBAD was everything AP should have been.

At least back then movies were worth watching. Today, it is nothing but SH*T.. Half the stuff shown in this movie would get you arrested under some progressive law (like trying to kiss a girl without explicit, written and witnessed permission). To all of you young folk, you have no freedom, suckers! Of course, you are too stupid to notice!
