boeing should make a double-decker 747. i mean the 747 seems like it was meant to have 2 decks. also it will look better

The technology of the 'superplastically formed fan blades' has been ripped off from the soviets who came up with it first, They've been doing it for decades (heating titanium to a paste and slapping in the paste within molds). They didn't patent it which is typical and reasonable. In the age of China -- try enforcing your Intellectual Property rights. Unless you've got some kind of trade leverage -- good luck :) The lowest cost producer is King.

For doyouhavedrift. No way! Boeing won't plan to build B747-900 too largest much. B747-8 is last of B747 family and only will be powered by B787 engines GEnx. GE90-115 is only power on B777-300ER.

thats no UFO, is one of Boeing Chase jets. Flying as an observer aircraft. This happens with all new model aircraft making their first flight.

Now who's ripping off who, gcoochy? We had the design twenty years before you did. Get over it.

the most interesting thing is a UFO that seems to hover (05:30), can anybody explain what it is?

The composite swept fan technology used here is actually an update of GE's own GE-36 UDF engine, which started testing in the late 1970's. The sweep of the GE-90 fan is more dramatic thanks in part to more advanced 3-D analysis software that allows for better optimization. I am not sure how you can say that the composite blades do not last very long. Only 2 or 3 have been removed from service in the history of the GE-90 program.
