Perfect for Licensed Property Management when doing evictions or lockouts, sure as heck beats destructive entry, I have always disliked drilling locks on a good day it takes me 1 minute to drill the lock out and whack it with a hammer and screw driver and I'm in. I usually try to pick the locks so I can have it rekeyed later.

You cant break into a lock with a key that is cut lower than the pins.
