I'm guessing pl4free has never gone to a U2 concert. Because if you have, I know you wouldn't be saying that the band sounds better in the studio. Their studio work is fine, but it's their live performances of those songs that make them what they are. And this clip is from the 90s. On their last tour, Bono sounds great for the last leg of the tour.
Don't believe me? Then do a search for "U2 pavarotti montreal" on youtube and you'll see what par for the course for Bono in that time period.

No but honestly, whoever marked signs down for commenting on his poor singing performance must be death. His singing is really poor, really really poor actually.

man, let let that angry something right down here alone... eventually, he/she does not know to value Pavarotti and, you know, bands...
He/she was not inside 'a' cave, in fact. But inside the Plato's cave, so obscure and ancient. Hail to the great Pavarotti in heaven.

Aha...Haa.haaa..haaaaaa.....hilariouos indeed.
"Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah" maybe not the most imaginative lyric Bono ever came out with but I'd rather listen to U2 records than that fuck-horrible South Park album.

You are right. It is a pitty that 99% of the bands today sound good in the studio, but terrible on the stage. I miss the good times, when stage performances were much better than the studio versiond. I miss bands like Queen and performers like Freddie Mercury. |
