In my opinion this is the greatest comedy bit ever. Rowan Atkinson 'plays' the piano in the manner of a cartoon character. This was a part of Amnesty International's 'The Secret Policeman's Ball' filmed in 1979, and also starring John Cleese, Billy Connoly, Michael Palin, Peter Cook and many more.

Wow! He must be clearly able to play the composition even with a visible piano. Maybe not perfectly but this is clearly not just acting. He knows what he's doing.

The opening piece is Beethoven's Sonata No. 8 (Pathetique) When it gets really fast, it's the third movement from Beethoven's Sonata No. 14 (Moonlight - Presto Agitato)
