When this movie was released I was 4 or 5 years old, but later as a teenager my sister and I watched it one night and sobbed for hours; so damn sad! ANyway I had only heard this song that one time, but got the music to play it on my guitar, and since I really did not know the melody, I sang one that fit, and it still does! Very different from this version. Pretty song, SAD movie, and the background looks just exactly like where I went to grad school at UMO. :) Thanks for posting this.
