I go under all of that PERFECTLY but those 2 keys I'm supposed to delete aren't there. Is it maybe because I changed 'always' to 'never' before those first steps or what?(saw some other video where the guy only said to change 'always' to 'never' before seeing this one).

to uninstall, just change the neverinstalled back to always installed and then uninstall

before you delete the registry keys make sure you click file/export, and save the reg file somewhere, that ay if it doesnt work you can alway go back :)
