PS - We've known for years the medicated shampoos, creme rinses, and sprays don't work anymore! Now we use the oil treatment, or plain el-cheapo hair conditioner, glopped on thick, and the lice and nits combed out and rinsed down the drain. Vacuum everything thoroughly or seal in plastic bags for 2wks, bedding, hats, etc in a hot clothes dryer, brushes and combs soaked in HOT bleach water overnight. Cheap Magic!
