This kid got away! if you look at the end clip where the car "broke down"...you'll notice there is no time/date.....and if you look at the backround it looks like the same scene where the e30 made a U turn and got off the highway...if you look closely you can see a billboard on the left and a small structure on the right...check the end scene and BAM same shit in the backround...fucking cops don't want to look bad soe they crappily edit their videos LOL
