MONSANTO couldn't be more EVIL
this is boring but truly important
awareness kills the oppressor

Schmeiser settled his lawsuit with Monsanto. Monsanto agreed to pay all the clean-up costs of the Roundup Ready canola that contaminated his fields. Part of the agreement was that there was no gag-order on the settlement and that Monsanto could be sued again if further contamination occurred. Schmeiser believes this precedent setting agreement ensures farmers will be entitled to reimbursement when their fields become contaminated with unwanted Roundup Ready canola or any other GMO plants.

Very interesting indeed ! I farm in Germany and have been watching the GM issue closely in recent years. With the boom in renewable energy sources (especially mais for bio-gas)I believe the subject will be of great importance here sooner than many would have expected. Whilst I have always had an open mind on the subject Percy Schmeiser's testament is of grave concern to me. I wonder how long it will be before we start seeing leather jacketed farmers in this part of the world ;-).

I think they might work in about 50 to 100 years. Right now we know gene order is important, but not how. Gene order is always interrupted with transgene insertion. We know transgenes often bisect host genes - not good. We know that transgene fragments are always inserts compounding the above problems - not good. We know that gowing from tissue sample (as all GM crops are) can cause genome-wide mutations - not good. Could go on, but space is limited...

I found out about Percy through a Humanities course, i am writing a paper about GM foods and i derived my thesis and main points through Percy. I differ in the sense that i think GM foods could work, but we cant have the risk of reproduction. I'm not sure the terminator gene is the solution or not but it might be. Cross polination and other risks are huge.

Some say he is already. The thing I really like is the common ground. I'm really far Left and Percy is pretty far Right. But we click on this so well - I've even help support the Schmeiser's legal fight financially and have been in contact with his wife. Anyway, Percy finally beat Monsanto and was paid a settlement from them under his own terms.

He should be a legend.

Monsanto is playing a HUGE role in the New World Order.

Captain Monsanto and his deadly entourage are out to kill you, your children and anyone that gets in their way.

I'm not surprised. Hillary Clinton in an illuminati pawn and is guaranteed to mess things up even more. No more Bushes or Clintons. They're all one big family like the Brady Bunch. Ron Paul is the only real hope for the U.S.A. in my opinion. Not posers like Obama. But if the voting is to be done on voting machines, it's over. Did you hear about the time when they made genetically modified oranges and there was absolutely no vitamin C in them? |
