That's the thing, most people in this video probably were born and rised in Russia/ex-USSR, thus they have different mentality and outlook. So it would be strange of them not to support and cheer for this victory.

It's football, not war. I'm sure your Dutch ancestors who once walked the streets of Amsterdam and Rotterdam would be very proud of your attitude. All your anger reveals is the weakness of the so-called Canadian identity. Strange that it can be so mortally threatened by a few people cheering for European teams at the EUROPEAN championships.

Spain has the most dynamic economy in the European Union. And they've managed to do it without huge oil deposits as well :)

agree on the part that they sucked in the game with spain... the only time they will win over spain is when they wont be scared. but ye, Russia is in Europe and Asia geographically, politically more on its own, and culturally with a bit of european. it expanded from Europe to Asia, not the other way around, as many westerners like it to be, especially of english background.

i don't like the Europeans so that was the reason why i was gunning for Russia, though i don't like their politics either! but anyways the game against Spain they sucked big time
