mines broken!!!! had it for about 4 months havnt dropped it either.the problem is when i turn it on the keypad light turns on and theres a black screen and it has full batteries

Best Phone EVA!!! yes, Im having trouble with the updating too, But im sure that if you try through your computer it will be just fine.

Anyone else having trouble with updating the phone? - Whenever i try to update the phone it says that it already has the latest firmware, although it has the version of 2007's september, they have released like 5 updates since then already..

I have one of these phones and love it. Can anyone tell me if the strip (that runs around the phone on the sides) is supposed to light up? I ask because on all the pictures (selling sites etc) it looks like it does, mine obviously doesn't and I was wondering if it is broken.
