I think the main difference sonically between the models is in the harp, I guess you could switch it with an old one to get more bark and bite.

Oh, ok. fair enough, it is a bit too strict feel wise. Some of the the mark fives are also quite bell like in sound, Im hoping that you can adjust it a little to get a nice breakup point in the tines or action, or if it comes to then I will just put a tube overdrive on it occasionally.
