Nina sings the Screamin' Jay Hawkins hit, her way, in London, 1968. I think you can see one of the Walker Brothers in the audience.. The link is for a preview of a DVD that's coming out soon of Nina concerts from this period.

wow, i never heard the original, so strong, she expressed real feelings when she sang, totally goosebumping, her voice reminds me Janis Joplin's voice by the end. Marilyn Manson remade this song, that's where i know this from.

I'm 15 and I think that the 1950's- 1960's held the best and most influential (i dont think thats how u spell it) music ever. I personally prefer this over any Disney crap. Talent like this is either gone or very well-hidden.

Maybe you just don't see that very often anymore because your not looking for it. Music and passion lives on. And Nina was a definite wow.

She is the greatest female vocalists of all time.A true great. I don't know if its a put on,but for some reason from what I've seen of her in film clips and photos, she always looked depressed

A Beautiful woman and an amazing artist. She's from a generation of performers who actually had passion for what they did. You believe every word she sings; we just don't see that very often anymore.
