I made it. SaikyoMog is a friend of mine. I didn't have a director account(only way to upload vids longer than 10 mins) at the time that I made it, but he was a nice enough friend to put it up for me.

I'm pretty sure its the low kick version. It's been over 2 years since I made the video, so I'm not 100% sure.

Sorry man, I can't remember which spinning bird kick to use, but I think its Low Kick.
And for SF4, Sagat's Uppercut, Focus Attack Dash Cancel, f+HK, Ultra combo owns me for free.

yes i use chun li. haha sagat is just really cheap with uppercut/fireball :/

Have you played Street Fighter 4 yet? Sagat is just as good as he ever was - he's pretty much the best character in the game.
