Really, viacom sued youtube/google for $1 billion. Though i believe they are attempting to do their job... Its gotten out of hand what they can/cant do

so, gametrailers huh? i visited that site b4 but it's not interest for me (and i don't know VIACOM owns GAMETRAILERS until the VIACOM hey-days in youtube), i went to that site, and download the trailer, upload it, and..... BLOCKED! WHAT THE HECK?!

jeez, I downloaded the trailer from STEAM, and there's no steam logo inside the trailer.. BLOCKED! ok, let's edit this video (coz sometimes it works).. BLOCKED! huh? let's check if anyone else have upload the same trailer.. and u know what? all of the Crysis Warhead trailers uploaded by other ppl are downloaded GAMETRAILERS and none of the trailer don't have the gametrailers logo of it!!!

I did research. Did you take the trailer from the gametrailers website or did it have the gametrailers logo in it? Viacom owns Gametrailers website.

yeah! just like my Crysis Warhead Trailer, I tried to upload it just like anyone else but Viacom blocked it and said the video copyright owner is.. VIACOM?! well that was bullshit!!!

This is blantant censurship using intellectual property rights as a front. I would understand if someone posted an entire movie but these five minute clips don't fuck with their profits.
They had to get YouTube under controll because they are afraid of our freedom. They want newsclips and such that they want forgotten to be forgotten. It's all about controlling our minds, not copyright or dollars.

i had a vid that i made for my friends that had NO viacom material in it was removed by viacom. They said it was "copy writing". BULL SHIT!!!!!
