You know, if you choose the high quality version of the video (if not available, add fmt=18 to the end of the address), you can generally download the YouTube video in h.264 instead of an FLV. It's quicker than using a crappier quality video and spending all that time re-encoding it.

Yeah, that's always rather distracting. Even Windows Movie Maker can put in subtitles, and it's not like anyone does a direct upload when they're doing a demonstration.
