Can you do a tutorial on taking your makeup off with the lumene makeup remover? Because a lot of people just rub it on fast and then wash it with water, and the waterproof makeup never comes off. Thank you.

you can just put it on a cotton ball and dab off your makeup. Then rinse with water or wash your face.

just wondering...if i use this lumene makeup remover, do I just put it on cotton and wipe off my makeup? Or do I need to like, mix it with water and wash your makeup off like a cleansing washer? Please tell me!! x)
