There're hunreds, even thousands of alternatives to those programs for PCs. And Macs do get viruses and trojans. It's just very, very uncommon. And yes they do sell anti-virus for Macs. It may not be through Apple, but you can find a lot of anti-virus software for macs, if you just google it.

Umm, you can run OS X on a PC too. It's called OSx86. Google it.
