I've heard a lot of his songs but I don't remember that one---I'll have to check it out, thanks!

Excellent rendition.

Willie Bobo is not thought of as a crooner, but listen to his version of Dindi and I think you will be delighted.

How 'bout Lenny Welch? He did "Since I Fell For You"; "Ebb Tide" from the film 'Sweet Bird Of Youth' and "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do".

Don't forget Johnny Mathis.

Roy Hamilton's version of Ebb Tide is outstanding. Thank you for posting.

You haven't lied about Roy Hamilton

Happyorganist, One man I think you'll really enjoy listening to is Joe Williams. His "Where are You?" tears me up (the first time I heard it, I had just broken up with my fiancee). He recorded lots of ballads but plenty of up-tempo songs too. Also you might like Jimmy Rushing, Joe's predecessor with the Count Basie band. He was bluesy, yet melodious. And by all means listen to the great Billy Eckstine, who is very similar to Arthur Prysock. Let me know what you think!
