Now there are only 2 candidates remaining; Obama and McCain. Obama was against the war and has a positive way to get us out. Obama's health care plan has the best of Hillary's and none of the crap. Obama is sharp and flexible. McCain can't even remember where we're fighting people. Hillary is inexperienced whichi is why she is out. Obama has an insurmountable lead and people are tired of the lies coming from her and Bill. Time for a change. OBAMA '08

Yeah. That was a really good idea. Too bad the ones that could institute that tax have a vested interest in that NEVER happening. But an excellent idea nonetheless.

that idea is very straightforward: $.0025 is collected for every share of stock bought or sold on the new york stock exchange. like mike says, it would take tax before these companies have a chance to hide the money, which is one of their main objectives (exploit tax loopholes to avoid taxes). and like he says, if $4billion worth of shares are exchanged EVERY DAY, you do the math. never mind, i will--- that's a million dollars a day. in taxes. it would definitely help.
