Freeza had the most thought put into him. Toriyama himself said that the idea of Freeza scared him, because he looked like his childhood fears.

I know that he is a man, because in the manga version he has a son. That make a short appearance fighting goku.. I dont think that a man can give birth to a baby.... that would be creepy

Haven't seen that myself, but you're right (^.^)b Before he transforms for the third time it's not hard to see that he has the same very unwomanly bulge of balls as you see on the other men. As for his "naked form", his stuff is just retracted. It's as simple as that :)
If people think he's a woman, okay, but the asexual idea does creep me out. I figure those who believe he lacks a dick also think he lacks all bodily functions below the waist? :p

I think that one of the greatest villains was Vegeta. Ya know before the Namek saga, he was badass then. Now he's a hero but I perfered him as a villain.

duh thats what I kinda been saying the whole time. There are only a few NATURAL villians in the series that are just beast. Frieza, Broly, Bojack...hmm all the rest are creations

oh no? Thers a scene where Frieza grabs a hold of Goku and all he can do is punch frieza in the groin with his elbow. The faces Frieza makes at that point let u know that hes got something there... :P
