Obviously you have never done this then, the sounding he is making helps expel air tightening the core for a more powerful attack.

He needs to train his left hand to catch up with his right hand. You can see when he does horizontal strokes to the right, his left hands slows down the angle-transfer(I don't know what other people call it) because it's not as fast as the right hand. |
