Hey, ive played this piece before, its called the mozambique - his hands are linear apart from the first hit. and his feet are basically just keeping time. the sticking is Brlrrlrlrrlrrlrl (B=both)
I learned to play the right hand on the ride cymbal and the left hand switches between your first 2 toms starting on the high tom. Hope this helps!!

4 sticks basically sounds like more than one drummer. When you get two drummers together (playing the same thing) it creates a very cool "full" sound.
