good tactics idea, but you can get straight to the point and speak a lil bit faster, because it gets very boring and draggy. this part about curving your runs should be covered in less than 3 mins.

good effort but you repeat yourself 200 odd times - we get the message - curve your run a bit. What you fail to say is that a curved run takes a lot longer than a straight run, and as a result you lose space and time
